We are thrilled to introduce our unique and innovative leadership program, designed specifically to develop bold and empathetic leaders aged 15-18 from around the world (excluding those from Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, and the United States*).

With more than 10 virtual sessions and a trip to our FFI Center in Annalong, Northern Ireland, this program promises to be a transformative experience. And the best part? We are waiving 100% of the program fees for all accepted applicants. Please note that there are only 8 slots available, so apply soon!

Our program will focus on conflict transformation, both personal and community-based, along with public speaking, communication, and identity development. It is one of the most challenging youth leadership programs out there, and we emphasize resilience, empathy, and action. Participants will acquire practical skills and the confidence to become their best selves and help their communities thrive.
