We are excited to offer this one-of-a-kind program designed to develop bold and empathetic leaders (15-18 years old) from across the nation. This program includes 20+ virtual sessions and a trip to our Global Headquarters in New Hampshire. 100% of the program fees will be waived for all accepted applications. Only 20 slots are available, and applicants from all 50 states, D.C., and U.S. territories are encouraged to apply!
This program will focus on conflict transformation (personal and community), public speaking, communication, and identity. It is one of the most challenging youth leadership programs in the country and emphasizes resilience, empathy, and action. Participants will develop concrete skills and the confidence that will help them unify the nation and transform the world into a better place.

FFI programs incorporate our RECIPE and are adapted to fit the interests of the individuals within each and every group.
The program will be around five months in length and will be split into three phases:
Team Building - This phase will include virtual sessions that are 2 hours in length and one to two times a week.
Skill Building - This phase is the Immersion Trip at the FFI Campus in New Hampshire.
Community Building - This phase will include virtual sessions that are once a week and a social action project that addresses a need in their communities.
For more detailed information about our phases, visit our Immersion Programs page.
There are a variety of qualities we are looking for in applicants and we encourage all to apply. Please note, each applicant will complete a personal virtual interview with an FFI staff member as a way to develop this essential skill.
*All travel and in-person programming is subject to COVID restrictions and guidelines
