Leadership Programs For Everyone
After decades of work with youth, FFI has learned that our programs are just as impactful when tailored for adults. In 2018, FFI began delivering professional leadership training for international teams from Ukraine, Cyprus, Tajikistan, and Northern Ireland. Teams have been composed of youth workers, community and social justice activists, or an all-female empowerment team of mothers and grandmothers from Belfast's socio-economically deprived areas.
Education & Outreach
Doing What’s Needed
In 2021 we will be launching virtual and in-person leadership development programs that will serve adults from across the country. Program options will include a year-long national cohort with an intense week-long phase in either New Hampshire or Northern Ireland or a spread-out day engagement program for professionals from New England looking to expand their leadership through our experiential programs on the environment, politics, education, the role of community organizations and more.
