FFI Wellness Warriors
June 26-July3
Six young leaders from across New Hampshire are spending a week developing resilience, communication, confidence, and leadership skills through FFI's Wellness Warriors Program. Along the way, they will mentor younger students, explore positive mental health practices, and earn up to two transferable high school credits.

Astrid
Astrid is passionate about understanding people and bringing different perspectives together. Through journalism, debate, ASL club, and track, she has developed a curiosity about how people communicate and how communities can grow stronger through meaningful conversation.
She joined FFI because she wants to better understand people from different backgrounds and become more confident sharing her own ideas. Astrid sees leadership as the ability to connect people rather than divide them, and she hopes this experience will help her become a stronger listener and communicator.
What I'm most excited about: Meeting people with different perspectives and learning how to bring people together through communication.
Emma
Emma's life is filled with music, service, and adventure. Whether she's performing with an ensemble, volunteering through Civil Air Patrol, skiing, or working with horses, she enjoys challenges that help her grow and push beyond her comfort zone.
She joined FFI to strengthen her confidence and communication skills while learning how to lead others toward a common goal. Emma hopes to become a stronger teammate and discover new ways to support and inspire those around her.
What I'm most excited about: Building confidence, growing as a leader, and learning how to work with any team.

Jameson
Jameson enjoys staying active through sports, music, and leadership opportunities. As Class President, he already understands the importance of responsibility, teamwork, and helping others feel included.
What attracted him to FFI was the opportunity to earn high school credit in a completely different environment while making new friends and learning new skills. He looks forward to challenging himself while exploring leadership beyond the classroom.
What I'm most excited about: Meeting new people, earning credit in a unique way, and learning something new every day.

Maddy
Maddy balances leadership, service, academics, and creativity. Between honor societies, student government, coaching Special Olympics athletes, competitive dance, and community involvement, she enjoys helping others reach their full potential.
She joined FFI because she believes leadership is about bringing people together around a shared purpose. Through this experience, Maddy hopes to continue developing the skills needed to inspire others while building meaningful connections with her peers.
What I'm most excited about: Growing as a leader while helping others build confidence and resilience.

Sophia

Sophia enjoys creative expression through art, music, horseback riding, and storytelling. Whether she's painting, singing, or playing Dungeons and Dragons, she enjoys opportunities to connect with people through shared experiences.
She joined FFI because she wants to become more comfortable meeting new people and building friendships. Sophia sees this program as an opportunity to grow her confidence while developing stronger communication skills in a supportive environment.
What I'm most excited about: Meeting new people and becoming more confident in social situations.
Vienna
Vienna is a creative thinker who enjoys art, writing, crafting, and finding beauty in everyday experiences. Her creativity and curiosity help her approach challenges with an open mind and a unique perspective.
She joined FFI because she wants to meet new people, build stronger connections, and continue growing as a person. Vienna hopes this experience will help her step outside her comfort zone while strengthening her confidence and leadership abilities.
What I'm most excited about: Building new friendships and growing more comfortable connecting with others
