Pathways to Purpose: August 9th-16th
This team are participating in our summer Healthy Living-focused Credit-Bearing Program! They are coming from across the state of New Hampshire. Their FFI journey will help them gain knowledge in helping professions and how their personality types connect to their leadership development. At the end of their program, they will be eligible for 2 credits transferable to their high school. Learn more about this team below.

Antonio
Age: 15
Hobbies: Skateboarding, snowboarding, hiking and biking.
What they want to learn more about: I am interested in counseling for children and social work.

Age: 15
Hobbies: Pottery, reading novels, and walking my dog. Surfing and swimming at the beach in the summer as well as rock climbing year round. Hanging out with friends
What they want to learn more about: I would like to learn more about law enforcement because I am passionate about the justice system and helping others. I also have become interested in fire fighting and emergency medical services. I think these professions are very well suited to my personality and I feel like I can make a huge impact on my direct community.

What they want to learn more about: I would love to learn more about social working and psychiatry, this is because I always have felt an emotional connection to helping people reach their goals.

Hobbies: Art and learning Japanese
What they want to learn more about: Teacher because I want to be able to give kids a favorite teacher they feel safe going to, that I never really had. Peace Corps because I want to help people in need, and getting active in helping people can feel fulfilling for me.

Hobbies: I love to read, sketch, travel to new places, listen to music,watch movies, try new things and overall just have fun!
What they want to learn more about: The two helping careers I want to learn more about would be aPediatrician and an Architect. The reason I am very interested in wanting to be a Pediatrician is because I want to make a positive impact on children's lives and support families during challenging times. Having experienced similar struggles myself, I understand the importance of compassionate care and the aim to provide best possible support to those in need. Another Career path I'm also interested in would be, being an Architect. I have always found the process of bringing my imaginative creative ideas into life very interesting. Having the ability to transform my imaginative concepts into physical structures inspires me alot and I am very eager to design spaces that people can experience and enjoy!

One full scholarship equals $3,000, but gifts of all sizes make an impact on the lives of the youth participants.
