How do you imagine yourself as a leader?
I can see myself leading to create positive change. I'd encourage people to speak out against any type of injustice in any way possible and to bring attention to issues that need to be addressed. I'd support and encourage young people especially, as it is their future that is affected by so many governmental decisions - which rarely consult the youth.

How do you imagine yourself as a leader?
When I see myself as a leader, I am surrounded by people I trust wholeheartedly. Loyalty and trust are important to leaders, but apart from that, it's what the people bring to the table that should stand out. I usually see myself lead said people to specific points, going back to the former question regarding goals, I will usually set goals which I believe we need to get done. They may be small or large, and they might change and they might not, all of these decisions would probably be going through my head as a ‘leader’. But I would lead with passion and desire for whatever it is I am doing, never striving too far off the right path.

When I imagine myself as a leader I see myself in a room full of people that are eager to learn and grow. I am teaching people of all ages. How do you imagine yourself as a leader?
When I think of myself as a leader I imagine I am in a modern office with people all around me sitting on different colourful chairs. We sit in a circle and everyone is conversing about some issue, probably a social change, that we want to improve on. There are politicians, industry and business folk all under one roof. I am leading this conversation and stating clearly what problem needs to be addressed. I am leading this event as I am the person who has organised it, the person who has most experience of the issue and the person who has started this all. The people in the room are listening to me and commenting with suggestions or ideas on how to tackle this issue.

I imagine myself being a leader of a biomedical science team, I will be in a hospital or a laboratory facility, and I am running the biomedical science team along with partaking in important tasks. I am leading because without a leader in this criterion it would equalise chaos. I am leading this with different mandatory tasks along with being an understanding leader.
